A letter from Dr Mark Weis, MD
The catch in your first step after sitting is the only part of it you can feel. A former Army physician on the Joint Jello your knees run on, why it has been thinning since you were thirty, and the farming village in Japan where it stays thick into the eighties.

Before I say anything, do one thing for me. My name is Dr Mark Weis, and I want you to stand up.
Stand up. Take three steps. Notice the first one.
That catch is what this letter is about, and it is not wear and tear.
Once you get going you are fine. It is the getting going. That is what this letter is about.
Nothing is stored; either answer simply continues the page.
If you are past sixty, that first step has a catch in it. The knee does not want to bend all the way. By the third step it eases, and by the twelfth you walk like yourself again, and that is exactly why nobody does anything about it.
Here is what the catch is. The fluid your knee moves in has been thinning about one percent a year since you were thirty; a journal measured it. Sit for an hour and that fluid goes still, and the thinner it is, the less there is between the two bones when you stand.
The twelve steps do not repair anything. They get what is left moving again, the way the wipers spread the last of the washer fluid across the glass, and tomorrow morning there is a little less to spread.
That is the arithmetic you are living in. Thirty years of it and more than a quarter of the fluid is gone, and it does not stop at sixty. The catch that takes three steps this year takes six in a few years’ time.
Then it is not only mornings: it is the car after an hour, the stairs at the other end of the trip, the carpet with the grandchildren. The knee on the left below is where that road ends, and it is the average American knee at this age.

Now look at these two pictures. The same joint, two people of the same age. Can you see the difference?
You will learn why that first step is the stiffest step of your day, from a study of more than 2,000 ancient skeletons. You will see what your joints are swimming in, and why the pill aisle that sold you glucosamine never mentioned it. And you will see the one thing a six-month study found that thickens it again.
I am a physician, medical consultant and author. I did my medical school and postgraduate training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, then worked as a primary care and emergency physician at a rural hospital in Kentucky, where I also served as Chief of Staff.
I then served my country as a civilian physician for the United States Army: at the Wounded Warrior Clinic at Fort Knox, as a General Medical Officer at Fort Riley, and as the lead primary care physician for the Army’s RESPECT-Mil screening program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Today I am the Medical Research Director at BioDynamix. I have watched what a stiff knee does to a strong person’s spirits, in soldiers and in everyday people, and that is why I am writing this.

I’d walk like an old lady.
“I’m in my car a lot for work, driving around and not moving much. I was having pain with my knees in the morning, getting out of bed. I was having a hard time getting in and out of the car, and I’d walk like an old lady.”

Out of bed, and the first steps are a shuffle, one hand on the dresser. The stairs, one at a time, hand on the rail, good leg first. Out of the car after an hour on the road, and you stand there a second before you trust the knee.
The garden in twenty-minute pieces. The jar lid you hand to someone else now. The grandkids on the carpet, and the little calculation you do about getting back up; somebody holds out a hand, and you take it and make a joke.

The pen that rolls under the desk and stays there. The doorknob you turn with two hands on a cold morning. The way you feel, some days, like the Tin Man in need of a squirt of oil.
The world gets a little smaller every year. The walk gets shorter. The trip gets planned around the stairs at the other end, and you say no to things, cheerfully, so nobody worries.
My children have been trusting me less and less to look after theirs.
“it was kinda obvious my children have been trusting me less and less to look after theirs.”
That is the moment most people decide to do something. Not the knee. The look on a daughter’s face.
That last one is the one I respect most, and this letter answers it before it asks you for anything.
You have tried things. The glucosamine, a year of it. The fish oil.
The cream that smells like a locker room. The pharmacy aisle at nine at night, reading the backs of bottles.
Some of it helped a little. Most of it did nothing you could point to.
Your doctor is a good doctor, and said what they all say. It is normal at your age; keep moving; maybe lose a few pounds. None of that was wrong, and none of it changed the first three steps.
In the next few screens I am going to explain exactly what happened inside your knee between step one and step twelve. Then I will show you the fluid it happened in, the study that measured it, and the one thing that thickens it. By the end you will be able to explain it to anyone in a sentence.
Let me tell you about my friend Sarah. She is sixty-seven and lives in Arizona, and when she came to see me she was at rock bottom, in tears before she had finished her first sentence.
It started in her mid-forties, the way it starts for most people. She knelt on the floor to change her grandson’s diaper, and when she went to stand up her knees would not straighten for a few seconds.
By her early fifties, kneeling to play board games with the grandkids, her knees would crunch and grind like a sock full of broken glass. She hated the look of pity on those little faces when she grimaced getting up.

Her doctor said wear and tear. She took glucosamine every morning for two years, because the bottle said cartilage and her knees were cartilage, and it changed nothing. In the end she gave up the cake business that had been her identity, and that is the Sarah who sat in front of me.
I was shocked at the despair in an old friend, and as a physician I felt duty-bound to get to the bottom of it. Remember her, because her story does not end at the top of the stairs.
But I wasn’t ready to accept that.
“My doctor was one of those talking about wear and tear, and that there wasn’t much I could do about the pain in my hips and knees. ‘This is just what happens when we get old,’ he said, with a condescending look. But I wasn’t ready to accept that.”
Sarah was partly right, and so was her doctor. Joint discomfort does involve the cartilage. The cartilage does thin, and the swelling is real.
Everything she had been told was half of the truth. But the cartilage was never the root of it.
Two years of glucosamine at about forty-five dollars a month is more than a thousand dollars. Then the rubs, the pills, the co-pays, and a knee that was no different on the day she stopped than on the day she started.
Tap what you have bought. The total adds up here, with the arithmetic shown. Typical prices; yours may differ.
Tap the ones you have bought.

The National Institutes of Health spent more than twelve million dollars on the biggest test of those pills ever run. It followed 1,583 people with knee trouble for six months, and 572 of them for two full years, glucosamine and chondroitin against a sugar pill. Over the whole group, the supplements did no better than the sugar pill. 1
Read this first In a smaller group with moderate to severe pain, the combination showed a possible benefit that the trial was not designed to prove; the trial measured pain, not the joint fluid.
That study was published. The bottles stayed on the shelf. The makers kept selling them, and nobody on the aisle put a note beside the price.

The anti-inflammatories she reached for on the bad days carry a warning the British Medical Journal put a number on in 2017, in a study of nearly 450,000 people. In the first week of taking them, the risk of a heart attack rose by as much as half. She did not know that, and almost nobody does. 2
Read this first An analysis of records, not a trial; the risk to any one person in a week is small, and it rose most with higher doses.
And the rubs. They warm the skin. The skin is not where the trouble is.
So think about what she had actually done. She had fed the cartilage, and she had quieted the swelling. She had rubbed the outside.
Three things, and not one of them touched the fluid the cartilage lives in. Why would it be the fluid? Because of a study of very old knees.

In 2017, two researchers at Harvard, Ian Wallace and Daniel Lieberman, measured the knees of more than two thousand skeletons. Some were from the last fifty years. Some were centuries old, and some were older than that.
If joints wore out like tires, the old skeletons should have had the worst knees. They had the best. The modern knees were the ones that had broken down, and the researchers wrote that it was not because of wear and tear. 3
Read this first The study shows the rise and rules out age and weight; it does not by itself say what the cause is.
So here is what happened between your first step and your twelfth, and it is not wear and tear either.
The cartilage on the end of your thigh bone has no blood supply. None. Think of it as a sponge, thin and firm and alive, with no plumbing of its own.
A sponge drinks from whatever it sits in. Your cartilage sits in a thick, slippery fluid sealed inside the joint. I have called it Joint Jello for twenty years, because that is what it looks like when it is healthy.
Every step squeezes the sponge, and used fluid goes out. Lift your foot, the sponge springs back, and fresh Joint Jello soaks in. That squeeze and release is how your cartilage eats.
sitting stillstep onesteps two and threestep twelve
You had been in the chair forty minutes. Nothing had moved.
Step one squeezed a sponge sitting in thin, still Joint Jello.
Step two moved some. Step three moved more.
By step twelve the sponge was drinking again. You did not get younger between step one and step twelve. You got the fluid moving.
Prove it to yourself. Stand up again, walk to the end of the room and back, sit for ten seconds, and stand once more.
Nothing in your knee healed in two minutes. The Joint Jello moved. That is the whole idea, in your own two legs.
Then the fluid is thin enough that one lap did not move much. Keep reading; the study below is about exactly that.
Nothing is stored; either answer simply continues the page.
like oil on a hinge.
the sponge has no other food.
it keeps the proteins that cause swelling away from the cartilage, like a bubble the cartilage sits inside.
A researcher at St George’s in London called this fluid the guardian of the joints. Remember the three jobs, because whatever fixes this has to answer all three. 4
Read this first A description of the fluid’s roles; it does not test any product.
What makes Joint Jello thick is a long molecule called hyaluronan. You may know it as hyaluronic acid, from skin creams. It holds the water in the fluid the way a sponge holds water.
From about age thirty, your body makes less of it. The journal Arthritis Research and Therapy put the loss at about one percent a year. At sixty, you have lost around thirty percent of your Joint Jello; at seventy, forty. 5
Read this first An average across studies; the rate varies from person to person and joint to joint.
And you sit more than you did at thirty. Everybody does. So the pump runs less often, and what it pumps is thinner; the sponge is short-changed twice.
Thin Joint Jello cannot lubricate, so the joint grinds. It cannot feed, so the sponge starves. It cannot shield, so the swelling gets in.
Grind, starve, swell. That is the stiffness, the ache after the garden and the crunch on the stairs.
So the job was never to patch the cartilage. The job is to thicken the Joint Jello, and then to pump it.
Yuzurihara is a farming village a few hours from Tokyo. For most of the last century its people were studied because so many of them were still farming in their eighties and nineties. Squatting to plant, twisting to carry, bending to cut, for hours a day.
A village doctor, Toyosuke Komori, spent most of his working life there and wrote down what he saw: farmers in their eighties with the joints of people half their age. 6
Read this first Observations of one village, not a controlled trial; diet, work, genes and the way of life all differ from ours.

Your joints are not like your tires, wearing out with every mile. If they were, these farmers would have the worst knees in Japan, and they have among the best. The second picture at the top of this page was a joint like theirs: thick Joint Jello at an age when most of us have lost a third of it.
The first explanation was the diet. Their fields grew root vegetables rich in the starches the body uses to make hyaluronan, so the obvious answer was to eat the way they ate.
three or four purple sweet potatoes a day, every day, for months. I tried it on myself for six weeks; tired of sweet potatoes in a week, no thicker in the knees after six.
a capsule of the bare molecule reaches the body, but slowly, and most of the early studies used it for skin, not knees. Most of what you swallow never reaches the Joint Jello at all. It is not what the Barcelona researchers built, and the difference is the next part.
I had patients who could not wait that long.
The studies behind this formula were published in

Then a group of researchers in Barcelona did something cleverer. Instead of plain hyaluronic acid, they built a matrix of it, with the other parts of natural Joint Jello folded in, and tested it in people with knee complaints.
Over the years that matrix, called Mobilee, has been through fourteen randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind studies, which is the gold standard, and more than any other ingredient I have put in a joint formula. 7
Read this first Many of the trials were supported by the ingredient’s maker and most were small.
In the study I want you to see, adults took eighty milligrams a day for six months. Seventy people took it, and their own hyaluronan levels rose by a factor the paper puts at ten. 8
Read this first Seventy people and the ingredient maker’s support; the measures were the body’s own hyaluronan and the participants’ reported comfort.
And here is the part a six-month study can show that a six-week study cannot. They did not improve and then level off. They improved more each month than the month before: month one was the first change, and month six was the best month.
Thick Joint Jello takes time to build, and it kept building. That is why, when we get to what you can do about this, I am going to talk about six months and not thirty days.
Thicker Joint Jello, measured, and a curve that kept rising for six months. I had never seen that in one ingredient, and I have read a great many labels. So I took the papers to BioDynamix, a small company that makes formulas for people past fifty and asks one question of every ingredient before anything else: what dose did the study use?

Mobilee thickens the Joint Jello. That is the first of the three jobs, and the biggest. But the fluid does three things, and the second and third needed an answer too.
Mobilee, the hyaluronic acid matrix, 80 mg, the six-month study’s dose.
French maritime pine bark extract, 150 mg, the bark they found inside the knee.
boswellia, 100 mg at 65 percent boswellic acids, and ginger root, 200 mg.
black pepper extract, 5 mg at 95 percent piperine, so the other four get through.
The failure was thin Joint Jello. The repair is Mobilee, eighty milligrams, the dose the six-month study used. Not a bigger number; the studied one.

The failure was a sponge sitting in still fluid, and part of that repair is you. Nothing feeds cartilage but motion, so whatever thickens the fluid still needs you to walk every day. If you will not walk, nothing in a capsule will do this for you; the other part is thicker Joint Jello, which carries more to the sponge every time you do move.
The failure was swelling getting in while the fluid was thin. For that job I chose the bark of the French maritime pine, one hundred and fifty milligrams of its extract in every capsule, and I chose it for one study above the others.

In 2017, researchers in Germany gave an extract of that same bark to patients who were weeks away from a knee replacement, and then, when the surgeons opened the knee, they sampled the Joint Jello itself. The bark’s compounds were in it. Not in the blood: in the fluid, where the guarding happens. 9
Read this first A small study of one standardized extract (Pycnogenol); it shows the compounds reach the fluid, not an outcome over months.
Mobilee rebuilds the Joint Jello and the pine bark guards it. That would have been a good formula. It would not have been a complete one, because of what happens while the fluid is thin.
While your Joint Jello was thinning, the swelling moved in, and swelling has two switches. The pills from the aisle reach one of them, which is why they work for an afternoon and why they carry that warning.
The second switch is an enzyme in the joint the common pills do not touch, and the resin of the frankincense tree, Boswellia serrata, is one of the few things that reaches it. There are a hundred milligrams of it in every capsule, standardized to sixty-five percent boswellic acids.

Read this first The extract studied was enriched for one boswellic acid; the trial was supported by its maker and ran ninety days.
Beside it, ginger root, two hundred milligrams, and not for the taste. Ginger reaches the first switch, gently, the way a warm cloth does, and I put it in for the days the knee flares, so the fluid can rebuild in peace.

Read this first A modest difference, and more mild stomach upset in the ginger group.
The last ingredient is the smallest and the easiest to leave out, which is why most formulas do. Five milligrams of black pepper extract, standardized to ninety-five percent piperine, and its one job is to hold the door open.

In small studies that same five milligrams raised the body’s uptake of beta-carotene by about sixty percent and of coenzyme Q10 by about a third. Without it you swallow more and keep less. With it, the other four get through. 12
Read this first The studies measured other nutrients, not the joint ingredients themselves; the principle is the same, the figure is theirs.
Mobilee alone rebuilds the fluid and leaves the swelling in it for weeks. Pine bark alone guards a fluid too thin to hold it. Boswellia and ginger alone calm the swelling and leave the sponge starving, which is the pill aisle’s mistake exactly, and leave out the pepper and you absorb less of all of it.

Hyaluronic acid in its natural matrix, from Barcelona
80 mg: rebuilds the Joint Jello, the six-month study’s dose

The bark of a pine from the Atlantic coast of France
150 mg: guards the fluid from the inside

The dried resin of India’s frankincense tree
100 mg at 65 percent boswellic acids: calms the second switch

The kitchen root, dried and ground
200 mg: calms the first switch, gently

The dried fruit of the pepper vine; the heat in it is piperine
5 mg at 95 percent piperine: so the other four get through
That is the whole idea, and I want you to be able to say it back.
That is like changing the tires and fixing the radiator on your car and never adding engine oil. You can do it for two years, as my friend did, and the engine still grinds.
The formula I am about to show you is the engine oil.
Today I am proud to introduce you to Joint Genesis.

The order buttons are just above and just below. Go there whenever you are ready; I will keep going, because I want you to know what you are buying.

That is the formula in one breath. Rebuild it, guard it, calm what got in, and walk to pump it.
| What you tried | What it reached | The fluid the cartilage lives in |
|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine and chondroitin | The cartilage | Not touched |
| The anti-inflammatory pills | The swelling, for an afternoon, with the warning | Not touched |
| The rubs and creams | The skin | Not touched |
| Joint Genesis | The fluid itself, at the studied dose, plus the swelling and the absorption | Rebuilt, guarded, calmed, delivered |
The price and the three ways to order are just below. Here is what I arranged, and why.
Look at the two pictures from the top of the page again, the thin fluid and the thick. This is the formula for the one on the right.
Now I can move better, I have less pain, I’m more flexible and I’m enjoying myself more.
“Two sets of x-rays two years apart showed bone-on-bone in both of my knees and I could barely walk. Now I can move better, I have less pain, I’m more flexible and I’m enjoying myself more. I feel confident that I can go for a walk. I can keep up with friends and take the dog round the block.”

I’m bending over nicely and can put on my shoes and socks.
“I could hardly bend over to put on my socks. Now I have much more stability and hardly any pain. I’m bending over nicely and can put on my shoes and socks and get where I’m going. I’m not worrying about limping or getting in and out of the car.”
I can now enjoy walks around the neighborhood without being in pain.
“Since taking Joint Genesis I can do chores around the house, outside, and in the garden. I can now enjoy walks around the neighborhood without being in pain.”
Eighty milligrams of Mobilee is not a guess. It is the dose from the study that improved every month for six, and Joint Genesis gives you that dose, in that form, every morning.
Joint Genesis is manufactured for us in the United States, from domestic and imported ingredients, in a climate-controlled facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices and is inspected by the FDA, in small lots of about two thousand bottles.
Mobilee from Barcelona, pine bark from the French coast. Each is tested for purity and potency, and for toxins and contaminants, before it goes near a capsule.
About two thousand bottles at a time, so no bottle sits in a warehouse for two years before it reaches you.
Every amount printed on the label, nothing hidden in a blend, one small capsule with breakfast.
Current Good Manufacturing Practices in an FDA-inspected facility; a lot ships only when its tests are back.

Manufactured in the USA from domestic and imported ingredients, in an FDA-inspected cGMP facility; every lot tested for purity and potency.
Most supplements are built backwards, from a price, and the dose is whatever fits. We build ours forwards, from the study, and the price is whatever that costs.
That is why there are five ingredients in this bottle and not fifteen. It is why you have read the word study from me more often than the word amazing, and why I told you who this is not for. And it is why the guarantee you are about to read covers empty bottles: a company that was not sure of its formula could not afford that promise, and we can, because of how it is made.
In the six-month study, month one was the first change people noticed. Month three was clearly better than month one. Month six was the best of all, because thick Joint Jello is built, not switched on.
So I will tell you the truth about the first days. You will probably feel nothing in the first week; that is normal, and it is the week the walking matters most. Which is why I will not sell you one bottle and wish you luck.
One bottle is a test. It is the right choice if you want to hold the label in your hand first, and it is there for you.
Three bottles is one round of the course, ninety days. By the end of it you are at the point in the study where the fluid was clearly thickening.
Six bottles is the course the study ran, and the second three months were where it got better fastest. It also ships once, so you never stand in week ten with an empty bottle and two weeks to wait. That is the six months I promised to explain: not a sales figure, the length of the study.
It comes from the researchers, not from me. In a second Mobilee study, published in the Mediterranean Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism, the people taking it got stronger around the knee, and their stamina and power rose against the placebo group. 13
Read this first A manufacturer-supported trial; the measures were performance tests, not the fluid.
And when both trials ended and the participants stopped taking it, the improvements stopped too, and began to go into reverse. Joint Jello is built, and it thins again when you stop building it, so the people who do best treat this the way they treat a multivitamin: breakfast, capsule, walk. 14
Read this first A description of the follow-up period, not a separate trial.
Most people I meet have already spent more than they think: a year of glucosamine that a 1,583-person study found no better than a sugar pill, the rubs, the pills with the warning. And at the far end of that road is a knee replacement.
Read this first An average; for people with severe symptoms the operation helped more, and the study is about who benefits, not against surgery.

Seventeen smoothies, a few minutes each, built around the foods that are good to your joints. Not homework: a nicer breakfast, and a good way to take the capsule.

A step-by-step guide to the simple habits that keep joints working at any age, done at home. It pairs with the capsule the way the daily walk does.
Both are digital and come with every order of three or six bottles.
Through this letter, one bottle is sixty-nine dollars. Three bottles are two hundred and seven dollars, sixty-nine a bottle, with the shipping on us and the two guides. And the six-month course is two hundred and ninety-four dollars, which is forty-nine a bottle, about a dollar sixty a day, a hundred and twenty dollars saved against six single bottles, with the shipping on us.

Two in every three new customers choose the six, and more than eight in ten choose the three or the six. Those are our own numbers for the year to the end of September. The second round is where people find out whether it stays in their routine, and most of them want it on the shelf before the first round ends.

It’s not as often and it’s not as intense.
“I am really noticing a difference. The pain is decreasing. It’s not as often and it’s not as intense. And it makes me feel like it’s going to keep getting better.”

My power walking is much smoother and I’ve improved my speed.
“My power walking is much smoother and I’ve improved my speed. I can exercise without feeling as though I’m stiff or I’m hurting afterwards. And we’ve had bad weather, we’ve had snow, all kinds of weather changes. Normally that would be a trigger but I’ve not experienced any since I started.”
That is the curve the study drew, in two people’s own words: better in month one, better still in month three.
We make Joint Genesis in small lots. The Mobilee comes from Barcelona and the pine bark from the Atlantic coast of France, and both are made to order. The latest lot of two thousand bottles reached our warehouse on the thirteenth of October, and the line under the pack table shows how many of them are on the shelf as you read this.
When a lot runs out there is a gap of some weeks, and the page says so. That is not a sales trick. It is the reason the page sometimes says sold out, and it is why I would rather you had the six on your shelf than three.
I am not asking you to decide today. I am asking you to take the six months the study took, and if your mornings have not changed, to call the number on the bottle and let us refund you, empty bottles and all.
The 180-day promise
Here is the guarantee in full, because you have been burned before. Every package of Joint Genesis is covered for one hundred and eighty days from the day it arrives. Any reason. Even if every bottle is empty.
You call 800-589-4191 or email support@biodynamix.co, the desk confirms it on the spot, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with; most banks show it within a few business days. One length, one promise, every pack, and it is the same promise on every bottle BioDynamix makes. Choose the six and the guarantee covers all six.
Questions? Ask the desk, or call 800-589-4191; a person answers.

Think of it the way I do, as a deposit. You put the money down, you run the six months, and if you are not glad you did, you take the deposit back. The only thing you cannot get back is the six months, which is why I would start today rather than in the spring.

My knees don’t hurt anymore.
“My knees don’t hurt anymore, I have more mobility, and it just revives my whole body. This really has made a difference in my life.”

Before, I had to hold the side walking upstairs. Now I can just walk.
“Before I had to hold the side walking upstairs. But now I can just walk! My joints are far better now. So I’ve been walking a lot, and standing alone. I’m so grateful.”

I know I can be there for my family now.
“Before Joint Genesis I was really scared about what might happen if I’m not able to go to work, make money, and provide for my family. It’s a huge difference now. I know I can be there for my family now, go to work and do everything I need to do.”

My pain on a scale of one to ten was an eight, but now I can say it’s almost disappeared.
“Before Joint Genesis I had a lot of pain and stiffness in my finger joints. My pain on a scale of one to ten was an eight, but now I can say it’s almost disappeared.”
Every person here appears in our film, with a release on file. Results vary; the study section above describes the typical course.
The price on this page is the price while this lot is on the shelf; when it changes, it changes here first. Shipping on the three and the six is on us. And the lot is the lot: when the shelf is empty, the page says so until the next two thousand arrive.
Take Joint Genesis the way the study did. One capsule with breakfast, then your walk, every day for six months. And if at the end of those six months your first three steps are the same as today, you have my word and the desk’s: your money back.

Let me put the two roads side by side, because you are standing at the fork now.
The Joint Jello keeps thinning about one percent a year, which is what the journal measured. The stairs get slower. The garden gets shorter.

The floor with the grandchildren becomes a place you watch from the chair. And at the end of that road is the operation that a nine-year study of 4,500 people found changed less than they hoped. You become, in your own eyes, the person who needs a hand up.
See the card above: about one percent a year, from about age thirty.

For a week, nothing, and I have told you why. Then one morning in month two you reach the bottom of the stairs and realize you did not use the rail. In month three you kneel on the carpet because somebody small asked you to, and you get up without the hand.
In month four you do the whole garden in one afternoon and sleep like a child.

And by month six, the month the study’s curve was highest, something bigger has happened than any one of those.
You have stopped planning your days around your knees. You say yes to the trip. You take the stairs at the other end without looking at them first, and you walk the lake with your daughter on a Sunday and talk the whole way about something else.
One morning you stand up, take three steps, and realize you did not count them.
After she had tried Joint Genesis herself, she called me, and she burst into tears over the phone, the way she had in my office. But these were not the same tears.
Her fingers were not locked together any more; she was baking and decorating wedding cakes again. She told me she had run up her stairs that morning, bouncing off each step, because her knees and hips were cushioned and moving again.
And she had a name for that morning. She called it her Independence Day, the day the thing that had been running her life was finally defeated, and I have used her word for it ever since.
The aisle that sold her glucosamine for two years still has it there today, at the same price, with no note. That is the thing I wanted you to see before you decide.
One last person, and then Ann, whose mornings started this letter.
This really has been like a new beginning for me.
“I live alone after my husband passed away four years ago. I am fiercely independent but I have been very worried about my reduced mobility because of the pain in my hands, knees and hips. I was so frightened of falling over, or having to ask for help with simple household chores or groceries. This really has been like a new beginning for me.”

I now wake up with no pain in my knees and I feel less stiffness.
“I now wake up with no pain in my knees and I feel less stiffness.”
One road costs you nothing today and one percent a year. The other costs forty-nine dollars a bottle, your walk, and six months, with every dollar guaranteed if I am wrong.
Press the button and here is what happens. Most orders leave our warehouse within two business days, you get a tracking email the day yours leaves, and it arrives in five to seven business days anywhere in the United States, up to two weeks abroad.
The order page is run by ClickBank, so it will look a little different from this page, and the charge on your statement will say CLKBANK. That is normal, and it is the same company that handles your refund if you ever need one. Take the first capsule with breakfast, and walk to the mailbox.

Everything you tried fed the cartilage or warmed the skin. Joint Genesis thickens the fluid the cartilage lives in, with the dose a six-month study used. The cards for that study are above.
One capsule a day with water, with breakfast, then walk. A bottle is thirty capsules, a month.
In the study, month one was the first change and month six the best. Some people notice earlier. Give it the course.
Most people notice nothing but the walk. If you take a blood thinner, a daily medicine for your heart or your blood pressure, or you are pregnant or nursing, show your doctor the label first.
Show the label to your doctor or pharmacist. That is the honest answer, and it takes two minutes.
Most orders leave the warehouse within two business days and arrive in five to seven business days in the US, up to two weeks abroad. The charge on your statement shows as CLKBANK, the company that processes our orders; if you see that name and wonder, that is us.
Joint Genesis is made for BioDynamix in a US facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices and is inspected by the FDA, in small lots whose ingredients are tested for purity and potency before release, and a person answers our phone at 800-589-4191. BioDynamix is at 1301 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry, Illinois, the address on every bottle. The guarantee is the proof we mean it.
The line under the pack table shows today’s count from our warehouse. When a lot runs out the page says so until the next one lands.
Yes. BioDynamix sells it on its own store and on Amazon. Wherever you buy it, it is the same bottle from the same lots, and the guarantee is the same.
The study ran six months, so six is the course. The bottles keep for two years in a cool, dry place, so nothing is wasted if you order the course and take your time.
Take the next one with breakfast as usual. Do not double up.
Then it costs you nothing. One hundred and eighty days, any reason, empty bottles and all. I am asking you to decide nothing today except to start. Pick your pack below.
